The Emerging Scholars Colloquium aims to introduce emerging scholars into the social and environmental accounting research community, and provide them an opportunity to present and discuss their research projects alongside a cohort of distinguished international faculty.

It will be held on the 28th August 2017. The residential conference at the University of St Andrews is a gathering of academics, practitioners and researchers who focus on the teaching, research, theory and practice of social, environmental and sustainability accounting and reporting. The spirit of the conference is interdisciplinary and so submissions are also invited from perspectives beyond accounting.

We are delighted to announce that the confirmed plenary conference speaker is Professor Andrew Crane from the University of Bath, Centre for Business, Organizations and Society.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is the 15th May 2017. Please wait to here back from the ESC organisers before you register for the ESC/Conference package. This should occur by the 7th June 2017.  Please see the conference website for further details: http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/csear/conferences/nextcsearuk/

Accommodation will be in Agnes Blackadder Hall (formerly New Hall). For full details about the ESC day and the conference please see the conference webite.
