GeoBus Field Camp 2017

4 day field event for secondary schools pupils

The field camp is for persons aged between 16 and 19 and will run from 4pm on Monday 26th June to 2.30pm Friday 30th June 2017.

Participants will have the opportunity to conduct University-level field work with St Andrews students, lecturers and, of course, GeoBus staff. The GeoBus Field Camp is an excellent opportunity for pupils to gain new field skills, expand their geology knowledge, meet new people and have a taster of university life.

Field work will be conducted at a range of localities to provide a diversity of rock types, and different structural settings and geological histories.
This amazing opportunity includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, field equipment, and training from lecturers at the University of St Andrews.
