Annual fee for advertising property DescriptionAn annual charge per property is payable from 5 January 2024 The charge rates are: £40 per property for 1-4 The charges cover the period 5 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 after which the properties will be taken off the web. Properties will only be displayed after we have received payment and all HMO licences, gas safety certificates and Landlord Registration Numbers have not expired or are due to expire. |
