If you make your payment by 12 noon you will be able to collect your card from the IT Service Desk in the main library after 4.30pm on the same day. If you make your payment after 12 noon you will be able to collect your card from the IT Service Desk on the following day after 1.30pm
Please note: you must show another form of identification (bank card, driving licence or passport) to the Helpdesk staff when you go to collect your new card.
Please be aware that the ID Cards Team do not work at the weekend, so if you report your card lost after 5pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday your replacement card will not be at the IT Service Desk until Monday at 1.30pm
