Once your new card has been produced, you will receive an email from Campus Card Services with the details of how and where you can collect your card. 

Please note: you must show another form of identification (bank card, driving licence or passport) to the IT Help Point staff when you collect your new card.

Please be aware the Campus Card Services team do not work at the weekend – if you order your card after 5pm on Friday, your card will not be processed until the following Monday.
