Our Love from Home Service, run in cooperation with our local baker and confectioners Fisher and Donaldson, allows you to place orders of treats for your loved ones for special occasions or just to let them know you are thinking of them – and with a personalised message. In addition to deliveries to addresses in St Andrews, we are pleased to be able to extend the service to students living in our St Andrews hall in Dundee – Mears Student Life, Old Mill Dundee. 

IMPORTANT: You must allow at least 5 working days between placing your order and the delivery date, otherwise your order will be delivered as soon as possible thereafter.

First-time users of our Love from Home for service – please note:

(a) this service is only available for Family Programme members. If you are not already a member, please register for Family Programme membership.  If you are in receipt of communications from Development e.g. our monthly St Andrews in the News e-newsletter and our Family Programme updates, you are already a member and there is no need to re-register. If not, the above link will provide information about Love from Home and other benefits of Family Programme membership.

(b) to make payment for your order, you will need to create an account and password to use our Online Payment Services.  This is quite separate from, and should not be confused with, your Family Programme registration/SPARC membership. Simply create an account and a password to make payment for your first and any future orders when prompted to do so.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Deliveries are made to addresses in St Andrews during term-time, and also to our St Andrews halls of residence in Dundee – Mears Student Life - Monday to Saturday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm. All prices include delivery.
• If delivery is not possible (particularly on Saturdays to Halls of Residence) due to the recipient being out, a card, telephone and/or email message will be left asking the recipient to collect their delivery from the shop (Church Street, St Andrews or Whitehall Street, Dundee). Due to the perishable nature of the items, goods must be collected within 24 hours of the above notification
• You must allow at least 5 working days between placing your order and the delivery date, otherwise your order will be delivered as soon as possible thereafter.
• Love From Home products may contain traces of nuts.
