Annual fee for advertising property DescriptionAn annual charge per property is payable from 5 January The charge rates are: £40 per property for 1-4 £500 for Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) The charges cover the period 5 January to 31 December annually after which the properties will be taken off the web. Properties will only be displayed after we have received payment and all HMO licences, gas safety certificates and Landlord Registration Numbers have not expired or are due to expire. |
