The session will start at 10am and run until 2pm, lunch will be served at 12pm during which attendees are encouraged to network. We are planning to deliver a session on fundamental mediation skills (such as summarising and reframing) as well as advanced mediation skills derived from Conflict Intelligence. We will also discuss mediation experiences and how to find co-mediation opportunities. The event will conclude with a Q&A with the Mediation Service team, for which advanced questions are welcomed but not required. | |
