Graduation garden parties are part of the St Andrews tradition and we hope you will join us for a memorable afternoon, where there will be the opportunity for you and your guests to meet fellow graduates as well as academic staff from your School.

The garden parties are held in a marquee on the Lower College Hall lawn in St Salvator’s Quad.

The University would like to invite you and two guests to the garden party FREE OF CHARGE.  We serve sparkling wine, tea, coffee and a selection of sandwiches and cakes.

There are five garden parties for graduates and their guests, one on each graduation day from 3.30pm to 5.00pm:

• Monday 30 June 
• Tuesday 1 July
• Wednesday 2 July
• Thursday 3 July
• Friday 4 July

The day of your garden party has been confirmed to you by the Graduation Office.

You can purchase additional tickets here for £15.00 each. Tickets are limited to ONE per graduand until 5pm on Friday 30 May after which, if there are still tickets available, graduands may purchase a second one.

Please note that these tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold on. Ticket sales will close on Thursday 12 June at 5pm.

Ticket collection is from the Buchanan Lecture Theatre, Ground Floor, Buchanan Building, Union Street, St Andrews, Fife KY16 9PH at the following times:

• Monday 30 June from 10.00am - 4.30pm
• Tuesday 1 July from 9.00am - 4.30pm
• Wednesday 2 July from 9.00am - 4.30pm
• Thursday 3 July from 9.00am - 4.30pm
• Friday 4 July from 9.00am – 1.30pm

For Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday ceremonies tickets will be available to collect from 2pm the day before your ceremony.
